Please be sure you read entire descriptions and truly love the Lady Evelyn item(s) before purchasing. Our items are carefully handcrafted with couture, detailed precision in Yorkshire, England. These pieces are delicate and therefore need to be handled as such. When cared for properly, many Lady Evelyn pieces can be passed down as heirlooms.
Many of the items contain small crystals and pieces that may not be suitable for children.
Our gowns and skirts are made to order. Please be sure to leave ample time before your event and take into consideration international delivery times. All Lady Evelyn pieces are made by hand in Yorkshire, England.
If you are unhappy with your item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss a return/ exchange. Returns/exchanges are made on a case by case basis. The buyer assumes all costs for return shipping and any customs fees. If the item has yet to be shipped, please contact us within 24 hours. After this time there is a 20% restocking fee, which applies to any returned item. Tags must still be attached and item in it's original packaging. If an item appears worn or altered, we may not accept a return/exchange. If a buyer attempts to fix a defective item, we may not accept a return/exchange. As stated above, upon receipt of item, please contact us within 7 days if you have any questions or concerns.
We do not accept returns on customized orders. Deposits towards items are non-refundable.
Please take note of the production time in the listing of the products. We recommend ordering accessories three months before your event and gowns six months before your event.
